The team at Almarwah Travel were spending most of their time issuing invoices, writing receipts and filling out an Excel sheet of applicants. During peak season, the work piled up and was almost unmanageable.

We worked together to produce an end to end solution, which handled everything from application forms and invoicing to visa applications and flight management. We even came up with a funky tool to calculate rooming arrangements.

The result was reducing tedious admin tasks by 80%, allowing more time to be put into quality of service.

Sakinah Trust was founded after the March 15 mosque attacks in Christchurch to support community initiatives.

HAJ Digital worked closely with their team to design a logo, website and brand that expressed their commitment and mission.

Urgent Couriers

The dispatcher at this urgent couriers company was receiving hundreds calls a day, and were managing it all with a simple spreadsheet.

We got to work on an online order form that fed into a real-time jobs list. This allowed multiple dispatchers to send jobs to drivers at the click of a button.

Event management system

After the horrific events of March 2019, the resilient Muslim community of Christchurch saw a flurry of community activity. Unfortunately it was hard to keep track of when, what and where things were going on.

I was approached by one of the community leaders with the idea to build a online community calendar. Thus MuslimEvents.nz was born!

The system handled event listings, ticketing, check-in at the doors, payments and much more.
